What We Do at LifeTeen

At Life Teen, our high school youth group, we gather to grow closer to Christ and one another through community, prayer, and service. Each week we share a meal, play games, and dive into discussions that connect faith to real life. We attend retreats, service projects, and special events throughout the year, building friendships and strengthening our relationship with God.

LifeTeen is more than a program—it’s a movement to bring teens into a deeper love of the Eucharist and the Church, while giving them a safe and welcoming place to belong.

Join us on Sunday Nights!

We meet at 4:30–5:45 PM in the St. John Bosco room
( Room 7).

This fall, our youth will journey through Symphony, a four-part series that uses the beauty of a musical symphony as a metaphor for the Mass. Just as each instrument and movement in a symphony comes together to create harmony, the different parts of the Mass unite us with Christ and with one another in worship.

  1. Overture – The Desire for Community
Just as a symphony begins with an overture, our lives begin with the desire for connection. Teens explore how God created us for community and how the Mass fulfills this longing in a profound way.

  2. Sheet Music – The Liturgy of the Word
Sheet music guides musicians, and the Word of God guides us. Teens learn how Scripture proclaimed at Mass is living and active, speaking to their lives today and drawing them closer to Christ.

  3. Crescendo – The Liturgy of the Eucharist
The high point of a symphony is the crescendo; for us, it is the Eucharist. Teens reflect on how Jesus’ sacrifice on the Cross is made present at every Mass, and how the Eucharist is the true presence of Christ, the source and summit of our faith.

  4. Harmony – Life in the Eucharist
A symphony ends in harmony, and so does the Mass. Teens discover how receiving the Eucharist transforms us, sending us out to live our faith in the world and share Christ’s love with others.
