What We Do At EDGE
At Edge, our middle school youth group, we help young teens build a solid foundation of faith through friendship, fun, and formation. Each week we gather to play games, explore big questions about God, and learn how our Catholic faith connects to everyday life.
Edge nights include prayer, small group discussions, and interactive activities that make learning the faith engaging and meaningful. Throughout the year, our Edge community grows together through retreats, service projects, and parish events.
Edge isn’t just about learning facts—it’s about helping middle schoolers encounter Jesus personally, discover their place in the Church, and begin living as joyful disciples.
Who is EDGE for?
EDGE is open to all parish children in grades 6-8 who attend public school or homeschool. Sacramental prep for Confirmation takes place within the EDGE program during 8th grade.

Upcoming Events

This fall, our youth will journey through Symphony, a four-part series that uses the beauty of a musical symphony as a metaphor for the Mass. Just as each instrument and movement in a symphony comes together to create harmony, the different parts of the Mass unite us with Christ and with one another in worship.
-
Overture – The Desire for Community
Just as a symphony begins with an overture, our lives begin with the desire for connection. Teens explore how God created us for community and how the Mass fulfills this longing in a profound way. -
Sheet Music – The Liturgy of the Word
Sheet music guides musicians, and the Word of God guides us. Teens learn how Scripture proclaimed at Mass is living and active, speaking to their lives today and drawing them closer to Christ. -
Crescendo – The Liturgy of the Eucharist
The high point of a symphony is the crescendo; for us, it is the Eucharist. Teens reflect on how Jesus’ sacrifice on the Cross is made present at every Mass, and how the Eucharist is the true presence of Christ, the source and summit of our faith. -
Harmony – Life in the Eucharist
A symphony ends in harmony, and so does the Mass. Teens discover how receiving the Eucharist transforms us, sending us out to live our faith in the world and share Christ’s love with others.
